Custom stainless steel u bolts are a daily routine for us and this one specifically is a 5/16-18 threaded custom U-bolt we supplied to a long time customer, made in the USA using 304 stainless steel material with plain finish.  It measures 4-5/16 inches on the inside width and 5-1/2 inches on the inside depth.  The customer was in a big rush and we were able to get the ubolts made and shipped within 3 days from order.  Material certs were provided as well per our customer’s request.

Large quantities of these custom stainless steel u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
