Project Description

These are custom stainless square u-bolts in type 304 stainless steel that we supplied to a customer at just 32 pieces.  The 2 inches of thread on either side are 5/16-18 coarse thread and the inside depth of the part is 7-1/2 inches, while the inside diameter is at 6-1/16 inches.  Also a rush project, these parts were completed within 3 days as well from order.

Large quantities of these custom stainless square u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
