These are custom stainless square u-bolts we supplied to a customer at 200 pieces. Parts were manufactured locally in Southern California using 304 stainless steel, with a 5/16 diameter and coarse threaded 2 inch sections on each leg of the u-bolt. The inside width is 6-1/8 and the inside depth is at 7-1/2 inches. Material certs were provided with the parts per customer’s instructions.
Large quantities of these custom stainless square u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
