These are custom stainless double end studs we provide our long time customer on a recurring basis, typically with production runs of approximately 300 pcs. They are made domestically using 304 stainless steel material. Pictured here is the threaded stud with it’s mating part. The thread on one side measures .875″ in length and approximately .687″ on the other. The unthreaded shoulder is 1/2″ diameter and the overall length of the stud is set at 2-3/8″.

Large quantities of these custom made threaded studs would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
