We supplied these custom square u-bolts at a quantity of 60 pieces with a lead time of approximately 1.5 weeks from order. They are made using 304 stainless steel material with 2 inches of 3/8-16 thread on each leg. Inside depth is 9 inches and the inside width is at 4 inches.
Large quantities of these stainless steel custom square u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
