Project Description
We supplied a small quantity of these stainless steel custom round u-bolts in 1/2 diameter bar stock to our customer as a one time order and shipment. These custom u-bolts have approximately 3 inches of coarse thread on both legs and two 18-8 stainless steel nuts per customer’s drawing specifications. The width between the legs is 4-9/16″ and the inside depth is measured at 7-13/16″. Material certs and inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Large quantities of these stainless steel custom round u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
