These are custom large u-bolts in stainless steel material we supplied to our customer with expediting processing – the inside depth on these parts is 33 inches, with the diameter and thread pitch at 5/8-11. 3.5 inches of thread was incorporated on each side and the inside width was 8-3/5 inches. This was a small quantity order of just 6 pieces.
Large quantities of these custom large u-bolts in stainless steel would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
