Jose, aka “Chef”, is holding up two custom large HDG U-bolts we had produced for our custom in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Time was of the essence and we were able to ship the parts within approx 7 business days of order with 4 galvanized heavy hex nuts per u-bolt. 1″ diameter A36 material was used, with 4.75″ of coarse thread on each leg. Inside width measured at 19.5″ and inside length at 23.375″.

Large quantities of these custom large HDG U-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
