These custom lag thread bent anchors were manufactured for a woodworking company in Hawaii that required lag screw thread on the long leg and a cosmetically appealing zinc clear finish. CD-C1018 material was used at a 1/4″ in diameter, with a 90 degree bend. The short leg measured 3/4″ in length on the inside and the long leg at 5″ overall including the 3/4″ of lag screw thread. All production was done domestically on these parts for the fastest turnaround.

Large quantities of these custom made threaded bent anchors would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
