These round custom hot dip galvanized ubolts were made using A36 steel material at a quantity of 140 pieces on an expedited delivery basis, with a lead time at at just 7 business days from order. Approximately 2 inches of coarse 1/2″ thread were incorporated on the legs of the custom u-bolt, with the inside width measuring 8-3/4 inches.
Large quantities of these custom hot dip galvanized ubolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
