These made to order custom galvanized ubolts were manufactured on a rush basis for a customer in dire need, completed within approximately 1 week from order. A36 steel material was used with hot dip galvanized finish per customer’s instructions. 3 inches of coarse thread were incorporated at each leg, with the inside depth at 7″ and inside width at 5″.
Large quantities of these custom galvanized ubolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
