Project Description

This is a dual threaded straight stud made to AN126288 specifications, with one side at 5/16-24 thread pitch and the other at 5/16-18 non standard pitch.  We supplied these aerospace threaded studs to our customer at approximately 300 pieces per order.  AMS 6322 steel was used as the material, heat treated to 26-32 rockwell hardness and Cadmium plated to AMS 2400 specification.  Material, heat treat, and plating certs were provided with the parts.

Large quantities of these specialty aerospace threaded studs would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
