These are custom 1018 steel round u bolts made in plain finish at just 15 pieces, with a lead time of approximately 1 week from confirmed order. The inside width is set at 4-3/4 inches, inside depth at 6 inches, and 10-24 thread at 3 inches on each leg. Material certs were made available per the customer’s requirements.

Large quantities of these custom made 1018 steel round u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
