These are custom brass threaded studs cut and chamfered using 1/4-20 threaded rod in brass material. We supply these custom brass studs to our long time customer at small 50-100 pieces quantities. Lead time is typically 1 to 2 weeks depending on the situation, which can be significantly improved with a rush charge if necessary. Our internal part number is FTS-014048-O.
Large quantities of these custom brass threaded studs would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
