We have been supplying a diverse range of custom made stainless steel u-bolts to the construction, plumbing, and HVAC industry for over 20 years.  This is a custom 3/8 diameter 304 stainless steel custom u-bolt at 6-3/4 inch inside width, 7-7/8 inch depth and approximately 2-1/2 inches of coarse thread.  Lead time for parts like this varies based on material, size, and quantity but is typically between 3-5 days from order.

Large quantities of these custom made stainless steel u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
